 Special Meeting Notice

A Special Meeting has been scheduled for the sole purpose of considering the proposed amendments to the Association’s bylaws. The meeting will take place on March 14 at 10:30 a.m. at the church.

The bylaws serve as the governing framework of an organization, outlining how it operates, how decisions are made, and the roles and responsibilities of the board and its members. Our current bylaws are outdated, contain conflicting provisions, and do not fully align with current State and County laws.

We encourage all residents to review the revised draft in advance, familiarize themselves with the Special Tax District law, and attend the meeting to participate in the discussion. Your input is important to help ensure our governing documents accurately reflect the needs and legal requirements of our community.
