📢 Special Meeting Notice – Bylaws Review (Continuation)

We will be holding a Special Meeting to resume the review of the proposed bylaws amendments. As many of you know, our previous meeting was interrupted before we could complete the process, and we will be continuing from where we left off.

➡️ Please note: We will not revisit or re-discuss any sections that were already reviewed and addressed during the first meeting. The meeting will proceed strictly from the point where the discussion was interrupted.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
We must have at least 13 residents present to establish a quorum in order to conduct official business. With over 500 homes in our community, it is disappointing that we continue to struggle to meet this minimum requirement. Your participation truly matters.

⏳ Meeting Expectations:
This will be a lengthy meeting, and residents should plan for approximately 3 hours. The duration may vary depending on the level of interruptions. We kindly ask everyone to remain respectful and allow the process to move forward efficiently so we can accomplish our goals.
